About
I have spent over eight years working in HR, recruiting, and sales. Early on, I noticed that most problems aren’t caused by one missing hire or a single broken process. Instead, issues usually show up when priorities aren’t clear, structures are missing, and small teams don’t have enough capacity to handle people, recruiting, and operations all at once.
I have seen these challenges from different perspectives. In HR, teams need clear direction and support. In recruiting, companies often look for talent before they have the basics in place. In sales and account management, routines and good communication are key to smooth growth.
Over time, I found that what I enjoy most is partnering with founders and teams. I like stepping in, working side by side, and helping to build the structures that keep your team moving forward.
Today, I work with founders and growing teams as an interim partner. I take ownership, step in when structure is needed, and make sure things get done.
Why i chose this picture
I picked this picture because water gives me strength and energy. Surfing, especially, has taught me patience, resilience, and how to get back up after falling.
These qualities shape how I work. I stay grounded, focus on solutions, and always look for a way forward. Sports help me keep my balance and bring clarity, especially in fast-paced environments.
