About

I have worked across HR/Recruiting and Sales/Business Development roles for more than 8 years. Pretty quickly I realised that most challenges do not come from one missing hire or a single process. They start to appear when priorities are unclear, structures are missing and small teams simply do not have the capacity to take care of people topics, recruiting and operations at the same time.

I have seen this from different angles: in HR, where teams need clarity and support; in Recruiting, where companies often search for talents before the basics are set; in Sales and Account Management, where routines and communication make a big difference in how smoothly growth works.

Over time, I realised that what I truly enjoy is being a partner, who steps in, works alongside with founders and teams, structures and build the thing that keeps your team moving.

Why i chose this picture

I chose this picture because water and everything connected to it gives me a lot of strength and energy. Surfing, in particular, has taught me patience, resilience and the ability to get back up after falling.

These qualities shape how I work: grounded, solution-oriented and always looking for a way forward. Sport in general is an important balance for me that brings me clarity into fast-moving environments.
